Blaser's Premium Cheese

Blaser's U.S.A began as the Comstock Cooperative Creamery in 1901. Through the early part of the century the business flourished by selling their milk and butter to Land o' Lakes, shipping to Minneapolis in ice-packed railroad cars. In 1945 Comstock Cooperative was bought by John Gurtner, a Swiss-born cheesemaker, who turned the creamery into a cheese-making plant.

Located in Barron County, WI, Blaser's produces muenster, brick, cheddar, colby, and many other cheeses. The most recent addition to their cheese selection is the Antonella line, a jack/muenster blend infused with savory bits of vegetable, spices and herbs.
