Next Generation Organic Dairy

Organic Choice is a farmer cooperative that makes and sells raw milk organic cheese under the Next Generation Organic Dairy brand label. The milk comes from 52 organic family farms in west central Wisconsin that are limited to 100 cows per farm. It is processed into cheese at several small facilities in Wisconsin.

The company adheres to a strict code of ethics in their business dealings as well as the highest standards of organic production. Their cows are grass-fed, humanely treated, and raised within a whole-farm system of ecological, social and economic sustainability.
