Renaissance Farms
Mark Olson combined his skills as a farmer and
a chef by creating the Renaissance Farms line of
artisanal herb products. He farms basil and other
herbs near Spring Green, Wisconsin, utilizing small
scale, labor-intensive methods. Mark uses only
field-grown plants to make his pestos, vinaigrettes,
and herb-infused olive oils and sea salts.
